The Cleveland Browns signed linebacker Jermaine Dias, defensive backs Jerrid Gaines, Justin Harrison, Gerard Lawson and Darnell Terrell, offensive linemen Eric Young, James Lee and Robert Powell, defensive linemen Brian Schaefering and Chase Ortiz, wide receiver Lance Leggett, quarterback Craig Hormann, running back Travis Thomas, tight end Kolomona Kapanui and kicker Jason Reda. The Jacksonville Jaguars signed safety Pierson Prioleau and waived quarterback Lester Ricard. The New England Patriots released linebacker T.J. Slaughter and cornerback Tim Mixon.
